By accessing or using ReplyBell, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

2. Description of Service

ReplyBell is a multi-tenant field service operations platform that provides AI-powered lead intake, scheduling, quoting, and business management tools for trades businesses including septic, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and general contractors.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

  • ReplyBell offers a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start.
  • After the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue using the service.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time.
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages through the platform
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Resell or redistribute the service without written permission

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into ReplyBell, including lead information, conversations, quotes, and booking records. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

7. AI-Powered Features

ReplyBell uses artificial intelligence to classify leads, extract information from conversations, and assist with intake. While we strive for accuracy, AI classifications are not guaranteed to be 100% correct. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated information before acting on it.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses due to service outages, whether planned or unplanned.

9. Limitation of Liability

ReplyBell is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost revenue from missed leads.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the billing portal or by contacting support.
