3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure with row-level security policies ensuring strict tenant isolation. Each business's data is completely separated from other accounts. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

We use the following third-party services to operate ReplyBell:

  • Stripe — Payment processing
  • Supabase — Database and authentication
  • Vercel — Application hosting
  • Google Calendar — Optional calendar integration (only when you connect it)

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. You can request immediate deletion by contacting support.
